These covers are at opposite ends of the rate spectrum. The first cover is from 1937, a ship use of the 10 centavos postal entire with a 5 centavos added to make the 15 centavos rate.
The second cover is a 4.90 pesos rate from 1939 mailed during fateful days in October, when World War II broke out.
