The first cover is a 1.70 pesos rate to Sweden. The use of a pair of 50 centavos instead of the much more common use of a single 1 peso stamp is attractive.
The second cover is a 3.95 pesos rate to Switzerland. I don't understand this rate, but being a commercial cover, there is no reason to believe any of this postage was paid in excess.
