Pattern on the back of some NGR stamps

 These stamps have a pattern on the back I do not understand. It could be a result of the paper-making process. Whatever caused this pattern is unkown, but I can tell that paper oxydation is found on the darker regions and not on the lighter regions. A mystery to me....

(57) Two 1940 slogan ship covers to the United States

 133: 15 centavos ship rate.

The slogan reads: "Collaborate in the formation of 5,000 Argentinean pilots."

134: 15 centavos ship rate. 

The slogan reads: "Collaborate with the Territorial School Census."

(56) Two interesting 1940 covers

 130: 2.70 pesos rate to the Netherlands.

132: 1 peso rate to the United States. It should have been 1.15 pesos.

(55) Two 1940 covers to the Netherlands to the same addressee

 Two more Heijkoop covers.

125: 4 centavos lady's envelope. Is this a correct rate? Maybe with an envelope so small, and you can't tell here, but this envelope is TINY, like any other lady's envelope: approx 3.5 inches wide and 2 inches high.

126: 20 centavos ship rate.

(54) Four 1940 covers to the United States with the 1 peso airmail (red)

 121: 1.15 pesos rate.

122: 1.15 pesos rate.

(53) Six 1940 covers with the Pan-american Union commemorative

 116: 1.05 pesos rate to the United States.

117: 3.05 pesos rate to the United States.

118: 1.05 pesos rate to the United States.

119: 1.05 pesos rate to the United States.

120: 1.05 pesos rate to the United States.

131: 10 centavos ship rate. The 2 1/2 centavos stamp was intended for mail for the blind. This use is for regular mail.
