These have Brazilian censorship tape applied upon receipt. I am unable to guess the papers for these stamps because 1943-44 has the 1E3 and 2D papers that look very similar on cover. The first cover bears a 40c value and a 20cLC value.
The second cover has a pair of 40c values and a 5c stamp.
The third cover bears a single 40c value.
