Two 1942 covers with the 15cSC-L

 I am quite fond of the 15cSC-L, just happen to love the light shade of blue it was printed on. This was an UPU color change in 1939 from dark blue to light blue.

This first cover is to the US, and bears a 1 peso stamp to pay the airmail surcharge.

This first cover is to Paraguay, and bears a 1 peso stamp to pay the airmail surcharge, this one from the regular airmail issue.
