A 20pNOP plate variety: top cotton bulbs joined

 Part of the family of plate varieties described in the previous two posts.

None of the three variants of this type of plate variety are found on the late paper issue of 1951, the 20p1L1, of which I have a good selection. It is possible that this late issue was printed from a new plate.
