Three ship covers mailed in 1935/6

The first cover is a 20 centavos rate from 1936 to Denmark.

The second cover is a 15 centavos rate from 1936 to Germany.

The third cover is an early use 15 centavos rate, October 4, 1935, to the United States.

Stamp collectors in Argentina made a good number of these covers. They usually contain one of each of the new lower values and were mailed mostly during the months of October to December 1935. This cover is one of the scarcer ones because it also includes a San Martin stamp (a 50 centavos value). It was mailed Via Condor to Germany and is dated November 13.

The second cover is dated October 23, 1935, and was mailed within Buenos Aires.

Side by side 1935 and 1936 covers to Germany

This pair of covers shows that the rates remained the same, but the stamps changed between 1935 and 1936. The first cover is from October 1935. Between October 1 and December 31, 1935, the new lower values could be used with any stamp from the previous, San Martin, issue. This cover is a 1.15 pesos rate to Germany Via Condor.

The second cover has the same rate to Germany, now in 1936 with all stamps from the then new issue. All of the San Martin stamps were demonetized January 1, 1936.

A 1937 cover to Switzerland

A 1.40 pesos rate.

Two covers with many stamps (1936 and 1940)

The first one is a cover to the United States mailed in 1936 with 11 10 centavos Rivadavia reds (10cBR).

The second cover is from 1940 to Brazil bearing 8 5 centavos Moreno stamps.

Two 1937 covers to Europe

The first one is a 1.35 pesos rate to France with a 1pL from January 1937.

The second cover is a 1.35 pesos rate to Chekoslovakia.

Two 1938 covers to Holland
