rare watermark for the 25c value

I only find a few of the 1E1 paper issue. This paper is thick and cream colored. It seems that this first printing was a small run, and that the 1E2 printing of 1937 was much larger, especially since all of the ministry officials I have for this value are 1E2.

Does anyone know which city and for which reason was this postmark used?

Tiny ink dots on a 30c1E1

These tiny ink dots are similar to the ones I found earlier on a 1 peso without map boundaries.



The dots can be seen along the top edge on the left and the right corners of the stamp.





This stamp has a small plate flaw.

A 30c1E1 plate variety

This plate variety appears to have a single position on the plate. Both specimens are 1E1.





In the second one, I find a second small flaw, and it seems also to be found on the specimen above.

Repeating variety for the 30c1E1

At first glance this variety seems to belong to the background color, but after checking shifted specimens, I find that this minor plate flaw is on the frame plate. By how many of these I find, it looks like this is a master die variety and should be found on more than one position on the sheet.





These are 1E1 stamps. This one is postmarked 1936.

30c 1E1 displaced center

Poor register of the plates for the bi-color values cause relative shifts in all directions.

For the 30c, the shift causes vertical lines in the background plate to be seen.





This one shows an even larger shift.

Over-inking error on the 1pNGR

I noticed this error one year ago. I had not seen it before. It looks like the die lost some ink. It may be a non-repeatable variety.





Has anyone seen this error, or one similar to it?

Watermarks for the 1E papers (1936 to 44)

These two variations are cause of doubt. Both appear to be single instances in the respective watermark screen.

The first one looks like the 1E1 screen, but has narrower rays.



The second one has a small RA and looks like its on the 1E3 screen. Since I have only seen this small RA as a single, I am assuming it is 1E3.

30c 1E1 with nonsensical cancellation

This is an interesting error: the stamp was issued January 1, 1936 and couldn't have been cancelled in 1935.

10c Brown Worn Die

I find a few of these, all type B, and only on the regular issues:





I used to refer to this stamp as a "small die" type, but after measuring it, I have realized that the worn impression, probably from an acid bath applied to the plate, makes the stamp seem smaller than it is.

10c Rivadavia Red Brown Official

I am still trying to figure out these red brown stamps. They are type A on the 1L1 paper and may be a separate printing.









This stamp may be the equivalent to the one I refer to as 1E3 from 1949....more work is required here.

10c Brown 1L5 Zarate type A

I find these on a wide range of shades of gray brown, from very light to very dark.

The first printings on the 1L papers, from 1951 to 1953/54 are all of type B.

10c Rivadavia Brown Vertical Watermark clay of 1950

These have the watermark running in the vertical direction, are also type A, and not found as officials. It seems like a different paper when I compared them with the horizontal watermark specimens. I need to look at these further.

10c Rivadavia Brown Horizontal Watermark clay of 1950

This stamp is only found as type A, on paper CL2A. I do not find it as an official. These have a horizontal-running watermark.

The following strip has an unusually clear impresion.



This pair has a peculiar shade and comes from a relatively clear printing.



This is the most common shade for the horizontal watermark stamps, and shows the typical significant plate wear found for this printing.



This is an exotic color, brown black.
