The first two covers are from 1945. The year is not completely legible on the third letter (it could be from 1945). The first letter is a 2.05 pesos rate.
The second letter is a 3.05 pesos rate.
The third letter is a 4.05 pesos rate. The tear on the fourth stamp is a common occurrence for clay paper stamps. The clay papel is very thin, and prone to tearing when separating from the perforations.
The 1p next to the 5c stamp has a slightly doubled frame.
