Sadly, this factory is now abandoned. It must have been humming during World War II. If you look it up, you will find pictures of the buildings.

Two 1943 covers to La Baloise (Switzerland)
Both got U.S. and Nazi censorship. This means both covers went through the U.S. and Germany en route to Switzerland. Notice the variety in types of censorphip. This is a perfect pair of covers because the U.S. and Nazi censorships are different on both covers. The first cover has tape U.S. and white tape Nazi censorship. The second cover has paper U.S. and cream tape Nazi censorship.

From the long-gone days when you could use company stationery for personal mail. Notice the "Personal - Private" annotation.

The 1 peso stamp is consistent with the 1940 Dutch paper 1p1E4 printing.

There are many instances of poor centering for this series. I find these poorly-centered specimens attractive.
Two 1943 Continental Grain Covers
These covers to New York are from a correspondence I was lucky to buy more than twenty years ago. The 1 peso stamps on both of these covers are consistent with the colors of the 1p1E4 Dutch paper of 1940.
Some colectors in Argentina consider this 35c definitive as part of the 1935-51 defintives.
Two 1943 covers bearing 1 peso clay stamps
Both bear 1 peso clay stamps. The first one to the US, and the second is to England.
The super rare 2 pesos dark colors clay saw fleeting postal use late 1943 and early 1944. The 2 pesos on this cover is a more common 1E3 printing or possibly the 2p2D straight rays diffused printing, but it is not a clay printing.
